Hi everbody can one of you PRO ENGINEER experts please help me.

I am using Pro E wildfire 3 and recently a file is created in my working directory called fix_params.log this file shows a list of what it says are deleted parameters, but i have not deleted any parameters and the files seem to be ok.

But this file fix_params.log keeps generating here is an example of the text

Deleted parameters in model MINLOK-M5-006:
============================================
Deleted parameters in model MINLOK-M6-006:
============================================

but i have not deleted anything can somebody please explain what this file is and why it is generated

1) will it affect my models

2) can i stop it generating

Thanks in advance or any answers to this

This is a result of repairs done to fix obsolete Intralink parameters to Windchill parameters. This should not affect you models at all and only affects obsolete and/or renamed system parameters.

Thank you Scott for the Reply can you explain why this just
appeared as we do not use Intralink or Windchill and i have
not deleted parameters in the templates or files i am using
Wildfire 3 Foundation M200 and this file keeps generating
is there a way that i can stop it generating in my working
directory all the time.
I am just very baffled at this files sudden appearance.
The very fact it says "deleted parameters in model" scares
the hell out of me, is there any cause at all for concern
with this recent development of this file
Many thanks for the reply.

This also deals with some obsolete system parameters. It shouldn't affect you unless you used any of those in a drawing for example. You could probably find a list somewhere in the PTC Knowledge base.

<div id="swiffout"></div>I found an SPR at PTC support saying it's an (unfixed) bug with regards to PDMLink 9.1 and Wildfire 3 M200. It seems to have no negative consequenses for the parts.
