What is wrong with my assembly?

I have a part that I aligned to another part, but their not really aligned. When I measure the distance between them it comes out to 0.0157, yet when redifining them it says their coincident. I'm using Wildfire 2.0 M180. Thanks.

Can you upload the model for us to investigate? have you tried to simply redefine the asm constraints?

Regenerate your assy, then measure. My guess is you problem is with your measurement, withthe selected surfaces. Just a guess

You might try increasing the accuracy of your models (smaller number). Default is .0012, smallest possible is .0001 unless you set special value with config.pro option accuracy_lower_bound.
