I had great fun tonight reading back through some of the older posts about PTC's India support desk and the issues many users were having. Some of the posts were absolute gold!
First question...Has the support become better in the months since the posts (circa 2002-03)?
Second...If there were an organizationnot affiliatedwith PTC that acted as a supportdesk similar to the old days when it was decent...would you pay a fee for better support? (no repeat of the Rand debacle however)
