I know I can find certain nuts and bolts online but where can I find 3D models of stuff like switches, SMA connectors, electrical and electronic componets?
http://www.tycoelectronics.com/mostly neutral file format step/igs, and not every part, the downpoint is you have to know what you are looking for (as in terminology)
overall a great variety of models - the search is a little limited - only searches by file name so you are at the mercy of what the poster decided to call it - not always in English.
