Wildfire 3.0

I have been using Pro-e 2001 for many years now. I will soon be on Wildfire 3.0. Is there a good tutorial book out there anyone can recommend for Wildfire 3.0? I saw on amazonPro/ENGINEER Advanced Tutorial Wildfire 3.0 (Paperback)
by Roger, Ph.D. Toogood (Author) . I am not sure if there are any others. If not, has anyone used this book? How is it?
 
The CadQuest ones seem to hit many little details...
I have the 2001 to WF2 from him and it is a great reference after the fact.
