I suspect that IE7 is still causing the problem as it is not supported by PTC. As far as the hot fix goes it is a hotfix for IE6 not Java itself. IE7 and windows Vista are meant to include the hotfix as standard, we are running on IE6 with the hot fix. If you have a current maintenance agreement with PTC go to TPI 133412 on the knowledge base for installation instructions and then contact Microsoft support and ask for hot fix 919237. Its also a pity that PTC do not yet support FireFox which is better than IE but thats another story. Good luck
