HELP...

I'm in desperate need of help. For some reason my Windchill are giving me a hard time.

I have a "Error on page" everytime I try to do some administrative work with in Windchill. ie, just 10min. ago I wanted to rename one of my products, and up comes "error on page" ... see below

this error continues to show each time I try to do administrative work..

Can someone help me??? what to do???

I have already done the following:

1) Updater my Java to the latest avalible
2) Tried upon several different machines - and the error continues to show
3) Tried admin login and personla login - - and the error continues to show
4) The error is there disregard that i'm using Explorer and Firefox browser

What to do ...???

Hello,


do You have any Google or Yahoo toolbar installed within Your browsers...? If YES, uninstall them. I had similar problem and this resolved it. Or, try just remove your Windchill server from Trusted Sites.

Yes I have Google - I will try and uninstall them, and see what happens.
