Worthwhile enhancement request?

One of my users was trying to do a partial drawing view, with a half cross section. PTC informed us that Pro/ENGINEER can't do it. Notice that they didn't say "It's not availabe in WF2, M170," or" ...not available in WF2, but in WF3,..." or even "We are working on that for WF4 and WF5." Just a simple "Pro/E doesn't do that. Period.

Is this worth submitting an enhancement request? Does anyone else out their need this capability?
