Wrap text in repeat region

I'm using a template that uses repeat region for the BOM and I need to wrap the text. How dow I do this?

In 2001 there is "wrap text" under tables. One thing, if index is fixed it will not wrap, bummer...

Does anyone know if you can use the "wrap text" in the template format? Or do you have to do it manually when you open the drawing?
