xhatch line spacing in part mode

iwant to edit the parameter/value for default xhatch line spacing and default text height in the part mode through cofiguration file option.how should i procede.

I couldn't find options for what you are looking for. I doubt the web page is complete. It baffles me why PTC doesn't make this information more widely available.
