xsec detailed view

I'm trying to create a detailed view cross section without altering theparent view. Any idea on how to do it? Can it be done?

You can do it as follows


1. Create the section in model


2. Create a apporpriate view for the section(if other than stnadard views)


3. IN drawing, Insert a general view, then choose the correct view from the model


4. IN properties of this view, while creating, in visible area, select partial view, sketch the spline


5. In sections, select the created section.
