Xsec pattern

I'd like to make a series of datum curves through Xsections.I've patterned a series of datums, but can't create Xsections by pattern, only by single option. i have quite a few to generate, and prefer not to do each manually.BTW, I'm using Widfire 3.

sequence is:-


create datum plane for the section you want.


pattern the datum


create x section >planar; >pattern.


Create datum curve; > use Xsec.

I forgot to mention that I'm not sectioning a solid. I imported an .obj file from a laser scan build, and want to section it to create boundary blends.It creates xsecs singly, but not by pattern.Any guesses? Thanks,

They only show when created singly, one at a time. I need to create quite a few,hence the desire to pattern. There's probably a reason for this, but I'm baffled.
