Following may be a better way?


- CNC make the 3D pattern and make a silicon mold


- make the main part (to be added) using clay


- use the silicon mold to make the patterns on the surface


- use laser scanning to scan the surface with partern


- process the point cloud data with 3D pattern using Freeform


- done!
