Black and white picture

Dear people,

I seem to have a problem. I work with Proe2001 (student edition) and i need to show my drawings to my supervisor. But he wants to see them in black and white! And now i don't want to print them, but need to have files on the computer that show the drawings in black and white. And they have to be viewed without Proe.

Can anyone help me?

thanx a bunch!

pdf them

assuming pdf works with SE

pdf995 is a free download

there is some talk here about pdfs do a search on that

euhm, thanx for your reply but i'm at school and i can't download anything, but if this is the only to do something like this i think i have to try to get permission...

Thanx guys for your response!

The CGM method didn't work, if i have the cgm file, word don't want to open it properly, but i guess i'm doing something wrong there.

Right now i just changes the backgroundcolors and such and that works like a dream!

Thanx again!

In Word do Insert/Picture/From File. Works perfectly. Much higher quality (vector file) than TIFF screen dump.

i couldnt get it to work that way either DR_G i am getting some message in word that file is wacked

it is saving it as a .plt file also

what i did was just alter the letter behind the dot, so it originally says .plt, but i changed it into .cmg

Than Word can open it

Set the following config.pro option:

Plot_Names Yes

Now Pro/E will use .cgm extension for CGM files, .ps for PostScript, .plt for HPGL, etc.
