Catia support?

I am new to Catia V5. When we were using Pro Engineer, PTC provided call-in support as part of the annual maintenance package. I've been told that this is not true with Catia. Can anyone verify this for me? If not, can anybody suggest a good vendor for Catia support? Thanks in advance...
