I have a drilled and tapped hole in a model, and now I am trying to create a drawing. The minor diameter of my hole is about 1.0 in. deep, and the threads go to a depth of about .50 in. When I create a section view (local section) in my drawing, the threads are being shown as follows:

As you can see, the lines representing the thread major diameter (parallel to the hole axis), are shown (and plot) as dimmed/hidden lines. However, the line representing the end/depth of the threads is shown (and plots) as a heavy/solid line. For reference, I have tried:

- Creating the hole using the hole feature, and selecting the box/option to "included thread surface."
- Creating the hole minor diameter using the hole feature, and creating the thread envelope/surface using a cosmetic thread feature
- In the drawing, change the drawing option "hlr_for_threads" to both yes and no.
- In the drawing, change the drawing option "thread_standard." I tried every thread standard listed, from std_ansi, to std_iso_imp_assy.
- In the drawing view properties, under "View Display," the option "Hidden line removal for quilts" is checked "no," and that option is grayed-out, so I can not change it.
