create Hole in a Solid Using VB API

Hi all
I have queary in ProE wildfire ,
I am using ProE Wildfire 4.0 and VB.Net 5
I am trying to do which in step by step
1. Launch a ProE using VbAPi (this things i have using start command )
2. Create New Modle part
3. Create Rectangle and Extrude it
4. after getting solid now move to
5. Hole command and set all property of Hole and finished it(any type of hole in proE)
all these things reaquire in VB API code

If any one having solution please help me,I tried so may things but I am not getting right way.Please please help me....
