Different type of ballons in same drawing

Hello,

I would like to create a drawing with the following properties. In the assembly I would like to have a parameter indicating if one part is a manufactured part (M) or a purchased part (P)

Then, in order to have one drawing with boths type of components, I would like to show different ballons:

If a part have the parameter P, in the BOM should appear with a symbol (for example, an square)
If a part have the parameter M,in the BOM should appear with another symbol (for example, a round)

I hope I have explain my problem, I have a great number of components and I have to express diferences between components in one drawing, in order to avoid to create some different drawings.

I can suggest you an alternate solution. creat a custom baloon, which can show up both rpt.index and param( either M or P) this looks something like baloon with qty.

canthis work for you?

I think it could be a good idea, i will try this afternoon.
But, what should be the expresion of the parameter to include in the ballon?

Thanks!

 1.
creat a parameter say m_or_p

creat a symbol: format>symbol gallery>define>(creat any shape you wish to creat)>insert note with syntax as shown in pic>attributes>set the default value for the notes(variable text)>done. for rpt.index let "index"be the default value.

now creat repeat region table

go to BOM baloon>set region>baloon typ>custom>(select the symbol created in step 1
