drg part relationship

Dear all,


I have an assly and assly drawing. I relaced a part in the assly with an another new part and updated the assly drg also.


But when I save the drgto workspcae, I find the drg is also refers the old part. how can Icut the relationship of the drg with old part(which is already replaced by new part).

Open the drawing, right mouse button, choose 'properties' then 'drawing models' then 'del models'. You can then delete the model you no longer want related to the drawing from the list that appears.


Hopefully that will work.

But when i was trying the delete model option, it says "cannot delete since the view is used". But in my drg the view doesn't has the old part.

Are there any 'erased' views of the old model still on the drawing? I've been given drawings to modify in the past that had all kinds of views hidden on them, and itcan be a real pain.
