You can do two things.
1. Change the text size of your description: rmb on the first repeat region (above Description)-> properties -> Text Style and modify height and/or width factor
2. change the width of your column: rmb on the first repeat region (above Description)-> height and width and modify the width of the column.
The second will change the column, so it will not line up with you title block any more.
