GTOLS below dimensions

I have a drawing that was made 6 months ago that was created as a copy of a much older drawing & model (like 10+ years old). It places GTOLS below the dimension line. I think this looks correct.

Now I'm making a brand new drawing of an interchangeable part that is made with a completely new manufacturing process. The model & drawing were created from scratch using our standard start parts & drawing templates. In the new drawing the GTOLS are placed in line with the dimension line & the dimension is raised up. I think this looks like cr@p.

I saved the .dtl file from the old drawing & loaded it in the new drawing. No change. Anyone know how to control this behavior?

You may have already found this but try changing the setting of gtol_datums in the .dtl to one of the ANSI or ASME settings.

I did get the new drawing to behave with the setting:

gtol_datums STD_ASME

Still doesn't explain why the old drawing works just fine set to STD_ISO_JIS.

Only thing I can think of is PTC changed how the option behavesbecause they wanted to or because the standard changed. I can't say for sure because WF2 is the first version where I startedchanging the drawing properties and selecting anything other than the ANSI or ASME settings has always caused the GTOL frame to attach to the dimension leader in my drawings.
