hole charts

Hello,


I am currently using WF 2.0 and I have a hole chart with over 700 holes created for a pcb fab drawing.


Has anyone out there created a hole chart with that many or even more holes that was paginated to a specific drawing size?


Also has anyone created a "drill table" that addresses the hole chart?
