How can i create watermark while sending

Looking for idea , how can i create a template for "watermark" stamp.


Example , i need watermark for drawing which goes to tooling , for ref only ...


I want to do it , while i send the drawing to printer

I WOULD THINK THE WATER MARK IS EMBEDDED IN THE PAPER IT SELF

I know I've seen a script file that adds a watermark to a postscript file prior to printing but I can not find it now. I'll keep looking.
