How insert TIF artwork into drawing?

How do ProE users typically insert TIF artwork into a drawing and have it appear as the actual artwork (not a logo) both onscreen and after plotting?


Please be specific with required steps.

as far as i know you can use Insert > object > custom file

but beware - pro\e would rather not print it because it prints nice only vector objects
