how to set drawing layers

Could anyone help me how to set the drawing layers in WF2?
My problem is that I have drawings with many views. They were made with PROE2001
The drawing layers are set to be separated form the model layers setting:
ignore_model_layer_status is set to YES

Then the drawing view layer configurations are set to be independent as well.
The question is if it is possible with WF2 to make them dependent and handle them together again but still separated from the model layer setting?

Do you mean that all views are separately controlled with respects to layer? In that case: Above thedrawing layers, select the little arrow to select an independent view. When selected, go View-->Visibilities-->Drawing Dependent
