If you want to change the units of the model follow appinmi's instructions.
If you just want to change the units in the drawings go to "Drawing Options", set secondry dimensions to mm and then selct to display secondry units only.

In Europe we use Meter as base for dimensioning, witch means that mm should bee the first choice not sec...not to bee roude. So James2, you shold use the one i mentioned.
in pro/E partmode menu bar in menu EDIT we have setup option when we select this option then another popup window will be displayed...in that by selecting units we can change as well as create new units ..
