For the way I setup the sketch you will also need to change the 20 dimension to the straight line across the bottom of the sketch otherwise you get intersecting geometry which causes a failure.
Here are two more student version files that use cosine curves in both directions which may be more representative of what you're trying to create. When you open the files you need to resume the features.
