Multi-sheet icon stays grayed out?

I am working in ProE 2001 and need help with this!
Has anyone created a multi sheet drawing, only to have
the multi sheet icon stay grayed out. Leaving you to
change sheets from the View/Sheets menu.
No items are highlighted, not in the middle of a change.
Loging out ...no change, I don't think the icon activated
when I created sheet 2.



Err! Never mind!
I found you have to reboot 3 time to fix.

still on 2001... ouch.thats seven years old.I can't even load that to try to duplicate the problem.

reboot 3 times to fix that is horrible

it is better to get it done from some where else where there is WF versions
