Pan - Rotate problem when modelling a Part (Catia V5 R19)

Hello;

I have a problem when trying to visualize the part that I am modelling in the isometric view, or in any of the "top", "bottom", "left", etc. views.

When I pan the part, the part rotates a bit, so the axes are misaligned.

Help, please, I cannot check if I am modelling the part properly since I cannot go back to the desired view (not even with the option "normal view").

What is even more weird is that the problem doesn't seem to happen if I open a Product and then I insert a Part. It only happens when I start a Part without starting a product.
