Parametric Note using Family Table Dim

I have a family table that includes several dimension values and multiple instances. I create an assembly that uses several of this instances. I create a drawing of that assembly and place the dimension value into a parametric note (i.e. &d32:130). Since there are multiple instance in the assembly I believe I need to call out the :130 in the dimension text. That works without any issues.

Now if I replace that component the parametric note losses its value and displays ***. Is there a way to do this so it does not loose that value?

You're probably out of luck since the replacement gets a new component ID. I guess the replace feature does not update this kind of information.
