Pro E 2001 crashes when I save as DXF

I am using Pro E 2001 student edition and everytime I save a drawing as a DXF file pro E crashes.


I see in the forums that there is a TAN on the PTC website, I'm not sure what a TAN is?, some sort of fix to the problem i hope. The only problem is that i am a student and don't have access to that part of PTC's website. can anyone help as it is really annoying! (maybe someone has downloaded a fix and could share it with me)
