Pro/Weblink or Toolkit For parameter

hi everyone

this is my case :
- i`ve create gear pair assy with relation + pro/program +mathcad. so all i need to do just input the parameter like modul, PA, shift factor, gear qty.

- i input the value in parameter assy or via pro/program

but i want to make new interface. so i can input the value in the new intf then its connect to parameter in my part.

is it possible to do it with weblink??

please give me advice or reference how to make it. because i am zero for pro/weblink
