problem of line thickness in plotted draw

i have mould assembly drawing which will print properly in hp 1180 printer will different line thickness but in hp designjet 500 plus plotter it will print the drawing with all line thickness same size.Can anybody help me to solve this problem that i need that the line thicknesses ehich i define inn pen table shold come in the plotted drawing.I have updated the plotter driver file also.
