We just upgraded from Wildfire 3.0 to Wildfire 5.0. Is Wildfire 5.0 the same as Creo or is Creo a new version?

Wildfire 5 has been renamed to what is now called Creo Elements/Pro. Creo won't be available till later this summerfrom what I understand.

Creo2.0 will have the configurator tools I understand. My first post

Taking Design-Engine's 4 week class this month and Bart introduced me to the forum. I'm based in Ohio, with 18 years on the marketing end of product development, and looking or a position that incorporates design & modeling.

Welcome to the forum rucky, and good ruck on the job search. Sorry could not resist.

Creo looks nothing like wildfire 5. More like Co-Create

It looks exactly the same Gary? Unless I'm missing something? Just upgraded from WF5 M060 to Creo M070 and there is no difference at all other than the top Title Bar now says Creo. And it's rubbish. WF5 and Creo combined with Intralink 9.1 is worse than Intralink 3 was with Intralink 8.

WF5 (Creo Elements/Pro) and Co-Create (Creo Elements/Direct) are only parts of what will be Creo, the parametric modeling appand direct modeling app respectively. If you haven't seen the site you might be interested in taking a look
