Radius falls outside the available space

Is possible arrange radius dimension like in picture?

Automatically clips the diameter dimensions at the view border. Dimension endpoints outside of the view border are clipped to the view border. No clipping occurs when both endpoints are inside view border.

Finally I created this "fiction" by cosmetic in model. Then I show the cosmetic in drawing and move the dimension align to the cosmetic. Dirty work
