revision table generation

Hi,


I am trying to setup atemplate fior my company wherein there is an area for Revision information. It contains revision number, description, revision date and engineering change order #


There are at times 3 to 4 revisions and at time none. How do i create a template wherein this table growas as revisions are added. Where can i add this infor (create parameters in the part?


i tried repeat regions but i suppose this is not the way to go. Any help would be appreciated.

I have always seen this a something that is filled in manually on the drawing. No part parameters.
