Section Arrow Color

Is there any way to change the color ofcross-section arrows and its text to something other than white. I've already looked at the drawing setup file and I can't seem to find it.

def_view_text_height & def_view_text_thickness control height & thickness but I don't see anything for color. You can't even pick the text & change it's color. You can change your system colors but you will change all the geometry too! I don't see a way.
