In Wildfire 2, to delete a section view go to the View Manager, pick the X-sec tab. Select the section you want to delete. Right mouse button and choose Remove. To edit it's location do the same as above but select Redefine. This will only give you the choice of changing the dimension if the plane you created the was offset from another plane.
A break out section is made by taking a full x-section and changing it to local then defining it's outline by sketching a spline to define the local breakout boundary area.
An offset x-section is created in the View Manger by picking the new button under the X-sec tab. Then choose Offset. Just follow the prompts until you get to the sketcher. Then you will sketch the offset section lines. This link might be of some help too:
