Section & Simplified rep failed.

Hi all

I am having one old drawing to edit . Editing means some small change in notes, thats it.

but the problem is, the drawing having almost 25 views .
the person created this drawing has created almost 25 simp rep's and 25 section's to represent everything.

now when i check-out the drawing everything got failed.
okie any how i need to fix tht thing.

My question is : Y THIS SIMPLIFED REP'S AND SECTION ARE FAILING??

WHAT ARE THE COMMON MISTAKE WE NORMALLY WILL DO WHILE USING THESE OPTIONS??..

what is falling? please specify it. If there exist sim rep it should be used and work and with section its more difficult. sometimes sections are falling down itself.

hi.. i have repost the above question along with one more question in modeling forum. pls share your ideas.

its really getting much more complicated & now i can't able to do anything with this drawing.
