Is there an easy way to create shading patterns in WF3?

Not shading and not section views.

These drawings have the effect I'm trying to acheive. I can't use rendered shading, it must be lines as shown.

[AHA-D]

There are graphic programs and add-ins around that will convert a shaded image to the sort of image you propose. You won't find this in mainstream CAD.

Will photoshop do the trick? Do you know of any specific programs that will do this to a shaded pro engineer drawing?
