SIMPLIFIeD REPS AND BOMS

Have a drawing, with multiple explode views, made from a couple of different simplified reps. I also have to display the entire BOM on sheet one. How would I incorportae the specific simplified reps respective BOM so I can 'auto' baloon, but not have to have it displayed. Again- I need to have associative baloons, on a simplified rep, but dont want to display the BOM table for each of these reps, and would prefer to not have them off in space off the sheet. Can I make a new BOM for each simplified rep>? Thanks.

OK- I can create new BOMs drivin from the respective Simplifed reps. and thus make associative baloons- CAN I HIDE A TABLE SO THE BALOONS REMAIN< BUT THE BOM IS NOT DISPLAYED? I know the work around is to just have the tables off the screen when I print...but...id rather hide them. HELP!!!!!

I was having the same problem but unfortunately I didn't find any solution (finally I add manually balloons, because I was in short time to finish project so I didn't have time to find better solution).
Maybe you can try with layers, putting table to layer (if this is even possible), or maybe with drawing representation, or drawing program.
This was best bet to work, I don't have any other ideas.

A possible solution is to "Fix Index" of each simplified rep B.o.M. so that they match the master rep B.o.M. on the first page.

This could be time consuming and if the master list changes the
subsequent pages will need to be MANUALLY updated but it will work and
it is far safer than Isair's method of manual creating balloons as the
rep balloons are guaranteed to match the rep B.o.M. and they cannot be
attached to the wrong components

I was wondering specificaly, can I HIDE a table- perhaps a layer would do it- Ill have to try that- but- FYI- you can indent a Table, and You can Dash Item numbers (make them a dash, with the next undashed number picking up the next consecutive numeral- but You CANNOT dash a FIXED index. just to pass that along.
