Unwanted lines in BOM

I've added a Bill of Materials to a drawing and split it over a few
sheets by setting the extent of the repeat region. This works fine, but
on the last sheets, a load of blank lines are added which I can't seem
to get rid of. Has anyone got any idea what is happening and how I can
get rid of these unwanted lines.

Select Pagination, then Delete Segment and pick the repeat region on the last page. Then select Add Segment and pick top left and then bottom right corner of the wanted BOM. See attached picture.
