VIEW/MODEL SETUP/LIGHTS

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO SAVE THE CHANGES YOU DO TO THE LIGHTS?


I actually was playing around with the location of the lighting and a few other settings and now have it all screwed up. The settings never save whenI get them to what I want. Next time I open ProE it goes back to the screwed up settings.


None of the experts I work with have a clue about it

when you are in the light editor, select File/SaveAs (if you select save this will overwrite the default) I save mine in the ptc_startup folder. When you want to retrieve this file select View/model Setup/Lights from the light editor box select File/Open browse to the folder where you save the light file and select open.

bob, thank you.I saw that as an option, but I just want the part to come back as we'll call it default. It only comes up now with the undesirable settings
