Hello-
I have a part that resembles a box with a lid on it. In the model, I used mechanisms to create a hinge to allow the lid to move freely between 0 and 120 degrees.
I wish to create 2 views, one with the lid open, and one closed. To complicate things, I want to explode each view. The problem I am facing is that both views are still dependent on the model, so it is impossible to create 2 different views. If I have the lid open, it shows it is open in both views. I know I can explode a view and then use snapshot, but is there any other way to do this? (I would prefer not to use snapshot in case the model changes).
Please let me know thanks.

Thanks for the help,
Jonathan
