RENDERING...Q&A and GALLERY

CPiotrowski - maybe you would like to teach a one day rendering workshop at design engine on some future Saturday?

Another thing, today is the cut off for white papers for the 2007 International Pro/E users conference. Would be cool to see you speak on Photorender plus we could tear up orlando. I turned my paper in on surface modeling today. You got till midnight.

What an awesome compliment, thanks alot bro. I'm currently working on another project for my work. I'm designing a new scuba mask from scratch to incorportate a new patent design. The patent is a basic update to the strap but I have been given the green light to create it how I want. The model and renders should be done this weekend. I will post when complete.

Thanks again.

Nice looking stove. The lighting inside the oven is very nice. What was this model made for?

nice, very nice

is that car You, You want to have or is that a car that Your neighbour has? ;))

in your opinion is it a place to compare how it would be done in applications like Maya, 3D Studio, Lightwave?

thanks...

Just a car I made on my free time at work when I had nothing to do. I originally started rendering to prove that Pro-E was capable of decent renders. I have a few of my models in 3DS galleries. Now I just use it to get better jobs.

All the models were created in Pro-Engineer Wildfire 3, all the photo editing was done on Photshop (its a shame the image became rounied when i resized the image..the origional render looks crisp)

So what you thing guys...

Some of those images are very creative. Nice. As far as the image quality. You need to click FILE>SAVE TO WEB> ENTER. Use a webhoster to host your images so you dont lose so much quality. The admins were suppose to increase the file size to upload but they never did. I would like to view these in full quality.

Thanks Skwasim, always great to hear your comments. Nice to see you back.

Here are the goggles I mentioned last week. They still aren't completely done but done enough to show. This is only the second render so that needs some work too. Hope you like.
